The white linen cocktail is a refreshing way to enjoy the first weekend of 2025! After the holidays, I’m only wanting to make something crisp and light for happy hour and this recipe checks all the boxes!
Add the first four ingredients (cucumber, gin or vodka, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur) to a glass and muddle until the cucumbers are well broken down. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. (Optionally, add a lemon wheel to the glass.) Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and enjoy!
