This Strawberry Basil Gin Sour recipe was honestly thrown together at the last minute and now it’s sure to be on your summer cocktail bucket list! A gin sour is one of my absolute favorite cocktails and I’m always looking for a new way to enjoy them. If you’ve never tried a gin sour, this recipe is the perfect one to start with!

Instructions

Add gin, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, strawberry basil simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for around 10 seconds or so until you start to see a nice froth forming. Then add ice and shake again until your gin sour is well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with fresh basil.
