This refreshing Pineapple Peach Agua Fresca is a great late summer mocktail, perfect for hot weather. Made with pineapple, peach, ginger, lime, and mint, it's quick to whip up with a juicer.
Core and chop the pineapple. Add the yellow peach, cored and chopped pineapple, ginger root, lime, and mint into a slow juicer. Juice all ingredients. Stir in the agave. Top with a splash of sparkling water and serve.
