With the sweetness of peach and fresh basil, it’s the perfect compliment to the otherwise masculine taste of whiskey.

Instructions

In an empty cocktail shaker, add the first three ingredients (peach purée or juice, basil leaves, and whiskey) and muddle to release the flavors of the basil. Once well muddled, add in the lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white. Dry shake (no ice) until a frothy consistency has formed. Add in the ice and shake once again until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with fresh basil!
