This Coquito recipe is a Puerto Rican spin on eggnog, and a great signature cocktail that can be whipped up in minutes for a crowd! Just add everything to a blender and chill until ready to serve.
In a blender, add the evaporated milk, coconut milk, cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, rum, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend on high for about 2 minutes or until well combined. Pour into a pitcher and store in the fridge until chilled. To serve, stir with a whisk for a few minutes to combine. Pour into small glasses rimmed with the toasted coconut flakes (wet the rim with a little sweetened condensed milk to help them stick). Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks and enjoy!
