A classy, bright, and loved Bee's Knees cocktail inspired by Violet Bridgerton, featuring gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup, with a beautiful violet hue if Empress 1908 gin is used.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup. Shake until well chilled. Place a floral ice cube (I used edible rose petals) in a chilled coupe glass. Pour the blooming bee’s knees mixture over the ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
